TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, owning one of my suits/suit parts, or getting a quote from me you agree to all of the following.

What I Offer
- All my suit heads come with a velcro tongue and velcro eyelids, free of charge.- I will never send out something unlined or lined with unbreathable material- Complicated or several colour designs, while they may add cost to your commission, I love to do them!- A cute toony style!- Willingness to work on any HQ foam baseWhat I Dont Offer
- Wings of any type (including wings behind ears, back wings, etc)- 2D Eyes- Magnetic Eyelids- Bodysuits- Stolen designs, If I have reason to believe your design is stolen I will not move forward with your commissionPayment- I will only ever take PayPal Goods & Services or E-transfer for locals if preferred- The buyer is in charge of taking care of PayPal fees, I will have that amount listed in their final pricePayment Plans- All payment plans require a 40% non-refundable downpayment, if the buyer backs out that amount will not be refunded- Depending on the length of payment plans, a fee may be added, this will be discussed with the buyer- No parts of the suit will be shipped until everything is paid offRefunds- Refunds will be given if I am unable to complete the suit, 5 months after the original expected date of completion you can request a refund. Anything left after the deposit and material cost will be refunded if the buyer does not wish to wait.- As the maker I reserve the right to refund any commission if I do not feel comfortable with the buyer's actions. Please see ''my policy''.- I will decline any full refund request if the suit is 1. Still in the correct time frame of being completed, 2. Already sent it off to the buyerShipping- Buyer must pay shipping and any border crossing fees on arrival- Every package is shipped from Ontario, Canada using PayPal cheapest shipping rates- Every fursuit part is double bagged in durable garbage bags to protect from weather if needed. Once a package leaves my studio, it is no longer under my care and the post station must be held accountable for any damage.Repairs & Warranty- I will repair and refurbish any part of a suit for free as long as it is within a 6-month period of receiving the suit from me, buyer must pay shipping. This does not include damage from the buyer.- I strongly encourage and will assist in teaching buyers about simple sewing techniques for their fursuits- I am NOT an overly experienced maker, I am a beginner and please keep this in mind.Health and Safety- I do have a dog that has free roam of my space. While he does not come in direct contact with my suits, the fur tends to end up wherever it would like...- Please let me know if you have any scent allergies before shipment as I freshen up all suits with fursuit spray- None of my fursuits are made with NSFW scenarios in mind, you may do as you wish in them, but my suits are not made for that and you as the buyer take that risk- Please be aware of your surroundings while suiting; heat stroke, blind spots, and over exhaustion are not impossible.- Most if not all fursuits come with several blind spots such as in between the eyes, and on both sides of you.My Policy- I will not work with anyone who makes me uncomfortable.
This includes things such as; Romantic or Sexual advances, Rude behavior, and anything else I may deem inappropriate.- I do not support zoophilia, pedophilia, homophobia, or any other negative views.
My suits may never be in the possession of anyone who believes in these things. This includes me selling them, and for them to be sold secondhand, the seller must be aware.If a time were to come that information came out on one of my suit owners supporting these views, they will be blacklisted and their suit will be removed from my social media. Do not associate them with my business.- I must be kept in the loop of where my suits are at all times. If a suit of mine is sold, please tell me the new owner.

PRICING

This guide is a starting point on pricing for any fursuit of mine, any add-ons and difficulty of a suit can affect this price.
I highly suggest getting a free quote by messaging me on instagram, discord, or by email.Please keep in mind the quote can not be 100% exact either, as some things that may add to the price are things that would be discussed at the time of commission, but getting a quote is the most accurate way to know a price.

HEADS

$1300+ USD

includes head built on a fully lined casted foam base of your choosing with one set of removable eyelids, removable tongue and NFC tag.the base price includes 2 fur colours & one minky colour

MINI PARTIALS

$1500+ USD

includes head + add-ons, hand paws and tailthe base price includes 2 fur colours & one minky colour

FULL PARTIALS

$1900+ USD

includes head + add-ons, hand paws, feet paws and tailthe base price includes 2 fur colours & one minky colour

FULLSUITS

Digitigrade Full Set - $3000+
Plantigrade Full Set - $2700+

Bodysuit only does not include the head, paws, feetpaws or tail; Full set includes everything.
Digi padding is sewn in with zippers for removable stuffing.
The base price includes minimal design complexity and 2 fur colours.

PAWS

Hand paws - $230+

My Handpaws are made on the Kloofsuits PuffyPaws pattern. They include applique paw pads, hand sewn paws, and are fully lined.

Outdoor digi feet paws - $250+

Indoor digi feet paws - $285+

Outdoor planti feet paws - $200+

Indoor planti feet paws - $230+

My Feetpaws are made on SpiltGrapeSoda patterns, the customer gets the choice of V1 or V2. They feature a fully lined sock like inside, polyfill stuffed interior, and if chosen, applique paw pads.

Floordragger tail - $160+

All of my tails are made to be fully stuffed with outer belt loops, at the time I do not offer a foam core or hidden belt loops.

PREMADES

Premade fursuits are suits that have been created by me or a design bought by me to turn into a fursuit for the sole purpose of selling it.Some of these are sold after they are made, or there is a preclaim option where a design is bought to be made into a suit.All drawing bases by CovePalms

- Fursuit is fully built when purchased
- No input on building process
- Is sold at a higher price than my preclaim or regular prices
- Shipped right after being paid off

- Upgrades to include more parts is allowed, but no downgrades for cheaper price

PRECLAIM
- Buyer purchases a design of their choosing that gets turned into a suit
- Option of what parts you would like (ex. you only want paws)
- Input allowed on design changes and materials used (such as headbase used)
- Progress photos
- Shipped off once paid off and suit is complete
- Buyer gets all character rights

CARE GUIDE

All suits and fursuit parts are sent home with a custom care guide that fits the suit's specific needs and information. This is an overall look at general care for any fursuit.

Fabrics Used
To ensure durability, I will always use high-quality furs and fabrics from dealers such as Howl Fabrics and Big Z Fabrics.A swatch card with all listed materials will be sent home with every package.Washing
I highly recommend using a “Green Machine” or some sort of water-producing vacuum for washing my fursuit heads., these can be rented at Laundromats, or bought at the following link
(https://canada.bissell.com/little-green-portable-carpetupholstery-cleaner-3369C.html)Hand paws, Feet paws, Tails, and Arm sleeves can be washed in the bathtub in cold water and then air dried/put near a fan with frequent brushing.
Wash your paws after every outing, they get the most gross.You do not need to wash your fursuit head every time you wear it, only wash it if you've gone to an event / left your house, or in general if you've been active in it.Please cover the eyes with a paper towel or some other material, while the eye mesh I use is always going to be waterproof, this will help prolong its color.SIMPLE UPKEEP
A good brush to use would be a dog slicker brush, and my personal fursuit spray is by cosmellcosplay. You need to do these even after minor outings to keep your suit fresh.
